We have excellent trained nursing staff ready at any time to assist patients during stay and transition from hospital, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community. Skilled nursing care requires the nurses to undertake more advanced medical responsibilities. This includes administration and monitoring of intravenous medications, maintenance of hygiene of immobile patients, monitoring the vital statistics of ill members, including

We are solely dedicated to the active treatment of a condition, illness, disease, or injury to avoid placing the member at risk for serious medical complications.
Our team of nurses work closely with the patient’s physician to make certain that the proper care is given to our clients as needed with effectiveness, specifically designed to their requirements.

As caring is our mission at 1st Family  Home Care , we know that taking care of an older or ill family member can be enormously rewarding as much as it is also not an easy task. It can be physically and emotionally draining and challenging for the entire family at times.
